I can’t display the Commuty app in my web browser, what can I do ?

Your access issue may be caused by an incompatibility between the Commuty app and your web browser.

Some obsolete browsers, including some previous versions of Internet Explorer 9, don’t support the Commuty app. If you are using one of these older versions, try to connect via an updated browser.

In addition, an error might have occurred while typing the Commuty URL in your browser. Please make sure you have written the address correctly or click the link: https://app.commuty.net.
